SERENE CULTURE: 365 TOUR

Serene Culture means bringing the various aspects of urban culture together in a harmonious way, which is exactly what we set out to do with our events. With many notable brands and designers showcasing their lines, visual artists exhibiting their pieces, and performances we had all of our attendees fully engaged into the event and about what Serene Culture means to us. The theme of the show was “365 Tour” which highlighted the four seasons, Winter, Fall, Summer, and Spring. Below are the promotional ads that the team created to connect with our attendees prior to the show. These shoots were creative directed and styled by myself.

My job title for Serene Culture was a Production Coordinator. I was in charge of coordinating models, the hiring and collaboration process with designers and clothing brands, maintaining social media activity, and organizing promotional photo shoots and collaboration work.

The process began with brainstorming sessions with the team to create the theme, concept, and name of the fashion show. After coming to a collective decision, we held a model call and auditions to select models for show. From there, I coordinated weekly practices with models in preparation for day of show and handled emails & contact various brands & designers to participate. I was also responsible for keeping track of all expenses, ticket sales, and payments.
